Shrockworks winch mount

Has anyone actually purchased and installed the new Shrockworks winch/bumper mount?
Does anyone know if it would be compatible with the ARB skids?
They can't tell me. Of course they want to sell me their skids, but I really, really like the ARB's and I'm not gonna just throw them out, and I like how this winch mount incorporates the stock look and bumper.
Here's pics they sent me. Can any of "you" tell if it would get in the way of the ARB skids?

That's where I started and found out about it. I don't recall the ARB skids being mentioned in any of the posts.
