One thing I know for sure, when I get my 2023 Ranger, I'll be sure to get irritated and defensive to anyone that has any negative thing to post about it.

I wish it was under 3 week! Mine was built 11/30 and has not shipped yet. Other that ordered weeks after me have already received their truck. I think it’s all a matter of luck.
I think it's also a matter of Wrong!

Yeah, I wish it was under 3 weeks as well. Order confirmed on 8/4. Built on 11/20. It’s been in ā€œshippedā€ status since then.

Mine was built on 11/17, but didn't go into "shipped" status until 11/29. Don't know what was up with that.

I just got an update from my dealer. My truck has arrived at the rail yard and is expected to be delivered tomorrow. So it looks like I'm about to have a good weekend.

@LostMy65 I'm guessing that means you're probably close too?

I'm in Virginia also. Mine was built on 11/18 and shipped on 11/26 by convoy. There were some mechanical issues with the delivery truck and it arrived 12/7. Is yours also coming by convoy? If so, Ford Chat should be able to give you the name of the carrier and the convoy number. If it is Adcock Bros., pm me and I'll give you the contact info for a guy at Adcock who was very helpful in my case.

Officially Retired but busier than ever !
They all look good when they’re clean. I think CG looks the best dirty

That was my sales rep's pitch. His personal vehicle was a CG Maverick. I remarked how it looked better than I expected, then he rubbed his hand across it and exclaimed that it still looks great when it is covered in dirt. Being that I spend most weekends during the summer at a dirt race track somewhere I was sold on the color !!!!! The wife is still not quite onboard with my choice yet.

The truck came in today, 3 months and a day from the initial order! Not a moment too soon since my F150 had a near constant death rattle from the timing chain. Happy to get out from under that.

In my ten miles of driving I’m loving the truck. The cactus grey is great, no regrets there. It’s amazing how quiet the motor is, I was afraid I didn’t remember my test drive well and it would have as much fake engine noise as my wife’s Mazda. Even flooring it it doesn’t seem to have much noise piped in. I do miss the start up rumble of my old truck, but at least this truck takes off when you hit the peddle. Only disappointment is the speakers, no surprise there, and a lot harder to upgrade than older head units.

Now time to throw on the tonneau cover and start building out the bed, then rock slides and 32’s so I can get it back into some places I like to go. I know I’m going to wince the first time I drop it on the frame but that’s what a truck is for.

You must be glad they are so concerned about your satisfaction. That's very commendable on their part.

Not just my satisfaction, but my ā€œcomplete satisfactionā€ lol. That ship sailed in October when the sent the first delay message.
Maybe that's the problem......they put it on a ship instead of the convoy.

Sorry, that was cruel. Fingers crossed it'll show up soon!

ā€œ I love the sound of rock clunks in the morning. It sounds like….. fun.ā€

Not cruel at all. Joking about this is keeps me interested in the process. A ship would’ve been preferred since I live next to the 5th largest port in the country. I’m out of the state for Christmas anyway so I’m not missing the truck. Not exactly true. I would’ve preferred to take the Ranger on this trip instead of my F-350 diesel dually. It’s a thirsty pig and diesel ain’t cheap.
