Will new suspension improve the quality of the ride on the rear seats?

If you are not lifting or leveling the Ranger bothe the Eibach and Bilsteins are good choices. Between the two I would go with Bilstein.

I ordered the Bilstein 24-294195 rear shocks and the 24-233552 front shocks. The price was right but I'm seeing where these items are on backorder with nearly everyone.

So is the black end connected at the top or bottom? Likely something tells you like on the stock shock.

The black end goes to the top.

The Fox kit can be mounted in either direction. Not sure if it really makes a difference on these?

Most likely wont make much difference. If not mistaken the Fox 2.0 was designed to have the shock body bolted to the axle instead of the frame anyway.

Nah, either way, but preferable to have the body on top away from the axle.

That applies to the Fox kit. My Bilsteins specifically said to have silver end at bottom. Do not have install instructions for Eibach.
