I only bought it for work and would mix a little in with water. I stopped buying it last year when they raised the price and made the bottles smaller. What use to be 32oz is now down to 28oz.
I buy squenchers for the guys at work... They always grumble its not sweet like Gatorade. I respond with a comment about how they don't need all that sugar...
That's why I'd mix it with water, it's way to sweet for me. It was like 80% water 20% Gatorade. Now I buy the sugar free Wyler's drink packs, I like the Strawberry Lemonade. The water here is nasty so you have to drink filtered or bottled water. Annie brings these with us when we go out to eat because some placed don't filter their water. ?

Yes it's city water and very hard water here too. How do they treat it? My guess with.....?? Graphene enhanced of course.?
Real world, you should be getting a CCR that tells you about your water at least once a year.... It's how I found out the water where I live actually has radioactive traces.... I turned out fine of course.
