I really don't know. If you call Awesome they can tell you where it is located but they don't have the car number so you can track it yourself.

Spent a half hour on the phone with Ford.
Got nothing. Also checked all paperwork. It's good. Nothing else was available to me.
I'm calling this issue deceased.

How do the rebates work? Do they show on the window sticker? I just got my window sticker and sadly, I only see an xlt mid discount of 500. I was supposed to have a 1k rebate as well.

Your Rebates will not show up on your window sticker. You will discuss rebates with the dealership when you pick up your truck. Good Luck

Your dealer will have that $1000 rebate info in his virtual folder on your truck. Don't forget to ask.

it better be showing up in my mailbox in a few days if i call ford tomorrow and they tell me i should have gotten it. i asked my salesperson back in march about it and this was his response that i saved to my email. my bad for forgetting about it when i took possession. really all the evidence i need to provide to ford if it comes to that.
