Reminds me of the very specific 65mm cap wrench I bought to fit the oil filters on my Triumphs - still on my work bench....Nothing too fancy.

Plus some thicker 3M tape for my window deflectors.
So I received two things today, but both by email. I know it is not a mod to the truck, but it still came in SOME sort of mail and it is for (about) my Ranger.
The first one I knew was coming, because I saw it on the tracker yesterday.

About 2 hours later I received this:

I know, I know, I won't believe it until it is here, it is the hands of the transporter now. It will get here when it gets here.![]()
Never heard of this brand and I love that the clasps are on the side!Got a couple of waterproof hard cases to house important tools of the trade. The brand is Nanuk - made in Canada. ?

Edited: I knew that case on the left would get the attention of a few folks here. ? Especially @AzScorpion and @Glocker . I mentioned “tools of the trade” because it’s about the “before and after shot”.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea. It’s not like the case on the right is for immediate use after deploying the case on the left. That’s not what I mean.
The first aid case is simply an essential tool for all trades. That case on the left could certainly come into play if someone stole my tools, but it’s really for the before and after shot I mentioned….?

Tailgate damper![]()
Received a torx t-50 bit. Do you guys know what one can install on their ranger with a t-50 bit? Hmm. ? At the rear..
These seem to be a relatively new entrant on the market. The clasps on the side are great. They don’t simply flip up like most - you have to press down on part of the clasp with your thumb, then flip the clasp up. I have some Plano cases - love them both. The Nanak cases are offered in a gazillion sizes.Never heard of this brand and I love that the clapsps are on the side!
I have several ancient Pelican cases ...
Use it to tighten up the pucker hole so you can resist installing a damper?![]()

Excellent! I used to have a first-aid kit in a small Pelican, but it's grown for our kayaking day trips. I now have it in a small red dry bag, but I'd prefer a hard case, so I'm off to see whicjh one I'd like and make an order! Plus, as a frog, I'm partial to stuff made in Canada. These seem to be a relatively new entrant on the market. The clasps on the side are great. lol.. well. I went to install that damper the other day and was amazed to learn my expansive tool collection did not seem to include a t-50.Use it to tighten up the pucker hole so you can resist installing a damper?
