Technically I did not do anything, but financed the doing. So the Ranger got it's first maintenance (20000km / ~12500miles) as per local maintenance plan. Afterwards it got a good wash and inside cleaning.

Interesting to note is that Ford is now doing "Ford VideoCheck" and sending the inspection video & repair recommendations over the net directly to your phone for you to watch where ever you are. Looked like the underside is in tip top shape, although it was dirty at that time :)

Went to pick up supplies so I can go back to work tomorrow and stopped next door at the car wash to vacuum out my truck. They have free vacuums at the car wash and they're more powerful than mine at home which I needed after spending a month on the road with it. I think I missed my mouth more than I made it as I found pieces of pretzels, some trail mix and even something that I think was chicken at one time under my seat. :shock: :facepalm:

Put a Ranger5G sticker thingy on ol' Ferd, finally.

The other smaller one is my oldest daughter Terra Lightfoot, a rock and roller if you are into that sort of thing. Check her out on YouTube if you have a couple minutes. I am pretty proud of her, and the fact I get to rep her on my truck like this is pretty sweet for a Dad ?

These are not mods but accessories that I wanted to do just to make the Ranger my own. The first accessory was for Dave so when he got back to work there was a little money in the coffers to pay the bills. Then I put on the bug deflector, Ford mud flaps, weather tech floor liners, and some bling on the tailgate.

You guys are brutal. I love it!:rockon:
Every time I see your posts, I'm reminded of my friend's T-shirt from visiting your state. No doubt you've heard the joke, but for those who haven't;

I am on vacation so I am taking some time to tweak things here and there. I got the bed slide moving smoothly, it rolls on its own of it is unlocked.

I also took the time to try an idea for more/versatile tie-down points along the bed side. I had some extra 10/30 - 1”x3”extruded aluminum(because I overthink and re-do things sometimes…). I added a piece behind the front and rear factory-installed tie-down points. I also added an extension behind one of the middle tie-downs I added. And because the middle extension only had one bolt securing it, I ran a piece of 10/10 (1”) connecting it to the rear piece. I am really happy with the result. It is really strong and extremely secure. I may order some better looking bolts, but these Home Depot bolts are doing just fine. This is far less expensive than any of the molle panels available. I also like the fact that these are hard mounts. I am going to measure up and install a couple across the front of the bed, and also down the passenger side.

Your mounts look great and they look really solid and strong too. Nicely done!

She's pretty phenomenal and all over the web - you've got every right to be very proud. =)

I may be biased since I'm Canadian.

How’s the fitment? Is it flush? I have seen several different side markers on Amazon but none of them seem to fit quite right? Which ones did you get and do you mind sharing a link? Thanks in advance.
