I know what you mean. No leaves here, but we have some other property with leaves galore. I just mow right through them. And yes, sometimes I do rake (for anyone who might think I'm a little lazy:giggle:).
Nawww....You're not lazy. Youre just getting more "comfortable" as you get older. :giggle: ;)

reminds me of when I locked my keys in a 1988 Ford Taurus (company car) , I thought I had shut the engine off , called the wife to pick me and went into a grocery store to pickup items for a dinner at a friends house, intending to go get my car later. Well didn't and went back the next morning and the damn thing was still running, almost out of gas and the hood very hot. Built Ford tough ?

Tracy, I had the most fun with our neighbors daughter. She was around 6 yo at the time. I told her that my F-150 was a magical truck, and would start when commanded. I told her to put her hands on the truck, and say "start truck" 3 times. She thought that was the greatest thing. She's 12 going on 25 now, and I can't pull any tricks on her anymore. Dang it........

Luckily it won’t remote start with the hood open. I tried it. No dice.
Should not run out of gas either, I believe it shuts down after a short time if not messed with. Haven't tried it though so don't quote me on that. If you run out it's your fault.:like:

When I was about six or seven my great uncle bought a 1956 Cadillac with power everything, including Twilight Sentinel. Keep in mind, in those days most mortal cars didn't even have clocks. He and my great aunt came over for a visit one evening and this was the first time I saw it. They pulled up, got out and the headlights stayed on. I ran out to greet them: "Hey, Uncle Bob! You left your light on!" He looked (mock) surprised, turned around took a deep breath and blew at the car. A moment later, the lights extinguished, and I was left pretty sure he pulled a prank but had no idea how he did it. ?

It will run for 15 minutes then shut off if you don’t extend it for another 15 minutes. I don’t know how many times you can extend it but I do know it will do it at least once because I have done that.
If the fuel level is less than a certain amount, it won’t start. I tried that also when I was 10 miles from empty. I don’t know what the cut off is but I do know if it is 10 miles to empty it won’t start.

It’s a carport. May have chopped off a few heads though. ;) (Excuse the high grass).

Nice looking carport! I'd sure love one up here, be a ton better than parking in the open driveway come winter!

Shouldn't run out of gas but 15 minutes of idling can be expensive at the moment! =(

   Started my Ranger from my Ford Pass App before leaving work today. As I reached the back door, realized I had driven my little car & the Ranger is(was) sitting peacefully at it's spot at home. I just crack up thinking what if my husband or grandson happened to be out there when it started up. This is the second time I've done it. Oh, well, it's good to laugh & it's good to see my Ranger's picture back up on the app! :) :turkey:
