Tuned EB3.5, my Ranger, 5.0, and a 5.4.

My Ranger is a match for all of them except the tuned 3.5. It's a beast.

@Tracy Bowman Pay no attention to the peanut gallery Miss Tracy. On a side note, I mentioned to the salesguy that odered the wife's Mustang that it would be better if it came without a reverse gear. I got "the look" real quick like, but she knew exactly why I mentioned that.

If Ford hadn't brought the Ranger back to North America when it did, I was on my way to being a Taco owner. Seen too many Hiluxes perform while deployed overseas. Thankfully, Ford saved me!

After test driving the Tacoma I don't think you'd have liked it Jay. I had a 2016 TRD and when looking at the Ranger I also test drove the Colorado ZR2. I was way better than the Tacoma as far as comfort and drivetrain goes but once I test drove the Ranger it wasn't even a comparison. If they fix a few things on the next Gen GM's they'll be a really nice truck.
