Good question. To the best of my recollection, it was there before the installation.
I just installed the same deflector as you and my cab is still very quiet. We went to MX yesterday and even at 85 mph there's very little cab noise and I had the radio set to 9 IIRC. Although once I changed the station to Hair Nation it shot up to 18.?

I tested the noise at different speeds and it increases with the speed. It sounded like it was coming from the rear seating area but its tricky to try and detect sound location with the different variables.

I just wish listening to it would help grown some of mine back to what it was like in the 80's! :frown: ?

Have you tried letting someone else drive while you sit back there? Maybe then you can pinpoint the area and if you can't fix it at least it gives your dealer a starting point.

Went for a leisurely drive along the lake into town to the coin-op car wash after re-arranging the gear on my Rhino Rack. I went total dirtbag with the spare, recovery shovel, hi-lift, rifle case, and traction boards all mounted up top.

Of course, I can only get away with this at the cottage where I don’t have to worry about fitting in the garage.

gave it a good wash after doing a 1100 mile round trip...the return trip hauling a 5x8 Uhaul trailer full of furniture plus my wife and two kids gave about 18 MPG at a steady 66 mph

So a trailer full of furniture and family? That's the only way to travel!
