I just installed the same deflector as you and my cab is still very quiet. We went to MX yesterday and even at 85 mph there's very little cab noise and I had the radio set to 9 IIRC. Although once I changed the station to Hair Nation it shot up to 18.Good question. To the best of my recollection, it was there before the installation.
?hair nation is where it's at!!!I just installed the same deflector as you and my cab is still very quiet. We went to MX yesterday and even at 85 mph there's very little cab noise and I had the radio set to 9 IIRC. Although once I changed the station to Hair Nation it shot up to 18.?
I tested the noise at different speeds and it increases with the speed. It sounded like it was coming from the rear seating area but its tricky to try and detect sound location with the different variables.I just installed the same deflector as you and my cab is still very quiet. I just wish listening to it would help grown some of mine back to what it was like in the 80's!hair nation is where it's at!!!
?Have you tried letting someone else drive while you sit back there? Maybe then you can pinpoint the area and if you can't fix it at least it gives your dealer a starting point.I tested the noise at different speeds and it increases with the speed. Mine is still there. It's just gray!?I just wish listening to it would help grown some of mine back to what it was like in the 80's!?
We're getting into some hairy territory...hair nation is where it's at!!!

Good idea...will try that next!Have you tried letting someone else drive while you sit back there? Maybe then you can pinpoint the area and if you can't fix it at least it gives your dealer a starting point.
Mine is still there too, just a little thinner and only a touch of gray now.Mine is still there. It's just gray!?

Now we're in a gray area...?Mine is still there too, just a little thinner and only a touch of gray now.![]()

Thanks, will take a look at that...In our SCab, we sometimes notice a little road noise from the vents behind the rear seats.
So a trailer full of furniture and family? That's the only way to travel!gave it a good wash after doing a 1100 mile round trip...the return trip hauling a 5x8 Uhaul trailer full of furniture plus my wife and two kids gave about 18 MPG at a steady 66 mph
