How did you like the escape, cant tell if thats the 2.0 or the 1.5.

1.5 3 cylinder, honestly was very impressed with the little engine. It had a good sound, surprising power when called on, and I averaged 35 easily running 80mph. On 2 lane roads got 40 mpg easily. I saw an average of 46 mpg for 2 different trips trying hard. When it snowed it was the most useless vehicle I'd ever driven tho, and that's really why it's gone. I went to trade it for a 22 ranger stx that was already being sold. Girl hit me and I found my blue ranger. Overall it was a good little car, im just used to trucks.

Once it was unwrapped from the pallet, it was easy to manhandle with two people. Much easier than anticipated.

It was in that cage for shipping. It was also wrapped in that foam padding and saran wrap. It was very well cared for.

I decided I needed a hi-lift jack. Of course, I also had to have a handle keeper, and a mounting bracket to attach it to my Pioneer Platform. While searching for an appropriate mounting bracket, I kept getting results for shovel mounting kits, so I bought one, which led to the need for a recovery shovel because those two loops would just look silly without one. Anyway, all this showed up today…

Thanks to Dan ( @Danager ) for posting about the $35 CAD medieval implement he discovered at Princess Auto.

The YJ Hood mount for the jack and the shovel holders work well with the t-slots of my Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform - no reason you couldn’t easily mount them to those awesome Builtright panels. I tether them with cables and locks - don’t want bad guys taking them - don’t want that shovel going through a windshield.
