Silly people. Dogs don't ride in the cab of a truck.

They ride in the bed.

Dog seats? What is the world coming to?
Going to be towing a travel trailer, 6-7 hours at a stretch.....dogs are our present "kids" and they ride in comfort !

SuperCab here with no regrets. I've never liked the 4 door small truck concept since most of them get the leg room by shortening the bed. The crew cab setup reminds me of all those '70s cars that were designed as 2 door coupes but looked like craptastic engineering afterthoughts with 4. If I'd bought a SuperCrew and put my tool box on it I would have ended up with a tall 5 passenger 4WD car that rode like a truck and had a Subaru Baja-sized bed. No thanks.

People who call pets their kids have something wrong with them. ;)
HaHa !!!! Our real kids are grown with kids of their own, out loved grandkids.
BUT...our 4 legged "kids" ask nothing of us other than treats, belly rubs, and a warm place to curl up next to you at night. They don't drink, use weird substances, spend hours texting or playing computer games.
We give them love, and it's returned X 10.
So yeah, there's something definitely wrong with us. :like:

Oh...no regrets on buying the Scab.

Agreed. The short bed, huge cab is a ridiculous look. At that point get an SUV (minivan).

Every man I know buys vehicles based on how they function to meet their needs.

Women buy vehicles based on how they look.

No regrets here I absolutely love my super cab Ranger. Perfect for me. Long bed and enough room inside for when I go camping for my inside stuff.

For me, it came down to this: I need a pickup for the bed more than the backseat, so Supercab.

I've never seen anyone here or on the Ranger Facebook groups express regret for buying a Supercab, but I've seen posts from several Ranger owners that regretted buying a Supercrew.

I had to custom order my Supercab because the local dealers seem to have zero interest in having any on hand to show their customers. I'm sure quite a few Supercrew buyers just leap at what's on the lot.

I love my supercab. I needed the longer bed to be able to haul lumber and my motorcycles, so a Crew cab wouldn't have worked for me. Plus, my kids are teens now and we have a minivan if the whole family needs to ride together. I haven't taken the back seats out yet, but I'm thinking about it.

I had to hunt for the right one, as all the local dealers only stocked supercrews. I found mine about four hours away and bought it over the phone/internet.

No regrets.

I love my Super Cab. I removed the rear seat cushions for a relatively level cargo area, and we have an SUV & car seats to haul the smaller grandchildren. I also wanted the longer box to haul my motorcycle. It would've barely fit on a SuperCrew bed: rear wheel resting really close to the end of the tailgate. 10' ramps fold in half and disconnect into three pieces.

Same here. Found mine 130 miles away, got a deal on email and gave a credit card deposit over the phone. I wanted a white scab with stone interior and they seem to be unicorns.
