What did you do to your Ranger today?

Discount Tire installed Toyo Open Country AT/III 265/70R18 tires on my Ranger today. With the help of Msfitoy and bfastr I was able to remove my crash bars without cutting them and replace them with the Ready Lift Anti-Intrusion bars before getting the tires. Matt with Discount Tire (here on the sponsor page) answered my questions around tire fitment before I ordered them.

I’m really pleased with the looks and the ride of the truck with the larger tires.

I have been looking at that same size tire. That looks sharp!

Finishing up my platform/storage for our doggie seats in the rear of my supercab.
Ran bolts up thru the floor compartment lids, into storage container, wing nutted it down. Made a cover from some vinyl planks I had on hand.
Pic of dog seat in place ( will have 2 ). Ratchet strap will go thru the slots in seat and attach to some tie downs I going to install.

Oh, forgot to mention...I have the rear seat delete panel and trim piece on order....should be in later this week.

Gave Big Blue his 4th oil change today 20K miles. Still lovinh my Valvomax drain valve and hating the plastic rivits in the wheel well, worst part of the job.

Not my Ranger but helped a buddy detail and restore depth to his paint. Took some scratches out as well.

The tinting is complete. 35% on the driver and passenger door. It may be the last mod...though I doubt it!

Getting some new kicks on later today. I committed the sin, will update. 265/65/18, largest size you can go probably without any suspension or crash bar mods. T speed rating so I don't blow my tire, just for safety. Hydroplaned twice already with the hankooks, granted I drive a little... heavy so to speak but still, I need all the help I can get.
