Not sure about horse in GA, but technically anything that is motorized, ie; lawnmower, golfcar, dirtbike, and I guess maybe a hoverboard.Completely OT, but I read that someone got a DUI for riding a horse drunk. Not sure where that was. Now that right there is total BS. The horse isn't drunk and it's not like you're going to be able get it to do something stupid, for the most part. A buddies grandfather use to tell a story that he would take a horse and carriage into town to get drunk and on the way home would go to sleep. He'd wake up with the horse standing in front of the barn.
