Great questions!
1) I used a removal tool. Cup type like you have pictured. Before you start the job make sure that fits right. Don’t ask how I know ?
2) Possibly but you will find it challenging
3) They come in many sizes. What you have to be mindful here is one filter is not setup the same as another brand.

So we all start with motorcraft filters. That was one size. When I went to put a WIX filter on the size changed. One was Motivx Tools 74mm 14 Flute and the other was 15 point one same size.

So just be mindful of this if changes to filter brand
Thanks Rick

Got my Lamin-X protective films for headlights, side marker lights, and clear bug shield.
Not sure when I'll get them installed, but the sooner the better.

Just get yourself an adjustable over the end filter wrench from harbor freight and a long extention. Then it doesn't matter what filter you use
I recently switched to the filter pliers. They work great and totally universal. From a lawn tractor to a full size truck they should grab and filter and get it moving. I have had mixed luck with strap wrenches over the years.

Ordered 97 days ago, arrived today - Rigid Radiance Scene Flush Mount, Red back light. Installing as rear facing auxiliary lights.

More importantly in the mail today, #1 & #6 cable ends which I needed to hook up my S-Pod.

Got more text messages. Truck’s back from paint, and being reassembled.

You can even see the Fox 2.0 shocks I had them replace the FX4 ones with. They had quoted me $150 per FX4 shock, and the Fox ones were $300 for the pair. Seemed like a no-brainer to go for the upgrade and have the shop install them.

Should be back in my driveway sometime next week! Which means I’ve started buying stuff again. Delivery truck dropped off some new radio stuff for me, and this arrived this morning. Just waiting on the lights for it now.

Guess I know what I’m doing this weekend. Natasha is going to the beauty parlor. Really want to see how this ceramic comes out. They say 5 years but time will tell on that. 303 should help over the long run.
