Apparently you were not enamored with the idea of being a truck owner, and uncomfortable seats was your exit point. We've all experienced buyers' remorse at times; there's a whole thread devoted to it on the forum.
I did just the opposite; sold my "lifetime" 2018 Escape that I never really liked and ordered a 2021 Ranger which I really do. We are in a rare and booming seller's market right now, so if you are going to move on this is a really good time to do so.
Best of luck with your Tesla!
I would not say I have buyers remorse. lol... I had the truck almost two years and stuck with it being uncomfortable. If it was comfortable to me I would keep it. For the price and options it is the best truck I found which is why I bought it. The very high trade in prices is what got me to sell it.

I will get a truck again....

OP, I was going to recommend selling your vehicle for big bucks to Carvana and " downgrading" to a newer XLT with cloth seats (or at least test driving one to see if the seats are better).

I was also hoping for a better description from you of "uncomfortable" as requested in someone's former post i.e. where does it hurt? Sounds like you fixed the problem though.. happy trails.
I am selling to carvana. Could probably get more in a private sale but the convenience is worth it to me.

As for being uncomfortable. Legs-through back. I do not have health issues or anything it really is the truck for me. It does not "hurt" it is just a very uncomfortable feeling after 30+ minutes of driving.

Bought my ranger last week. So far it is the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever been in or owned. During the test drives it seemed fine but after driving 30+ mins at a time it is just the worst.

I can not for the life of me find a comfortable seating position at all.

The suspension is like I am riding around a in a bounce house. I have never been in a vehicle so bouncy. Something else I did not notice when test driving.

Anyone else have these issues? I can deal with the bounciness but the uncomfortable seat might just make me get rid of it.

I find the uncomfortable part interesting. Is it uncomfortable compared to a Lincoln Continental absolutely but compared to 95% of the vehicles on the road. I find my Lariat more comfortable than any other truck I have owned. This guy is keeping his!!! Do you suppose different suspensions are put into the same vehicle model depending on availability?

This is surprising because for me it's the complete opposite. I can drive this truck for hours and never be uncomfortable and I have a bad back. With my Tacoma I couldn't drive more than 15 minutes without constantly moving around and trying to adjust myself. It was so bad in that Tacoma that when we went on vacations I would rent another vehicle.

Hopefully the Tesla works out better for you. Good luck with it!

I sold my Escape thru Carvana last April. Simple, convenient, Safe. I would deal with them again.

I completely agree - I've taken several all day trips in this truck and find it to be VERY comfortable - much more comfortable than my 2005 Ranger was (it was more "trucky").

It just goes to show that like styling, comfort is a very personal thing.

Op needs to get a Tacoma. They are the most comfortable truck with the best seating position…
Then he'll be walking around like Rick all day! ?

Hopefully selling the truck today. ...

Wish you guys the best.

Bought a Tesla :)
How do you go from "I need a truck"... to... "I bought a Tesla?"

Does it have a trailer hitch? What am I missing?

Well, unless you bought that butt ugly Tesla Marty McFly truck.

This is the first time for me seeing this post/complaint. I will say it does not surprise me, as I see it on every car forum. My previous vehicle was a Lexus ES, which is considered to have very comfortable seats. Yet, there were people complaining of how poor the seats were. It's a one size does not fit all example.

Good luck with your Tesla.
