Saw it on the shelf today and was reminded how I regret the Livernois tuner.

Mine bricked my truck so many times that I became worried that it would brick and not recover so I set it back to stock (after a couple of unsuccessful tries) and put the tuner on the shelf.

I'm afraid to install it again and will probably just get the Ford Performance tune installed eventually.

Did you ever talk to Livernois about this? I'm sure they could rewrite you another tune if you're having problems with this one.

Many times and I've re-downloaded the tunes as well.

I plugged the tuner back into my PC today and it got an update.

Maybe the updates have fixed it but I'm not going to find out.

It just doesn't like my truck.

And when first installed it threw a CPS error code that wouldn't clear and I wouldn't drive my truck for a couple of weeks.

I received a text during the upload and even though the radio was off, it was speculated that it could've been what nuked it.

Uploads have always been spotty, maybe due to that issue at the first (ever since, I have always disabled Bluetooth on my phone just in case. I still got bricked a few times though).

After multiple brickings (which would usually clear after letting it sit for an hour) I just gave up on it and considered it a lesson learned.

Husky liner Floor mats, They keep popping off the posts that keep them in place.
Tailgate damper- has pinched and cut tailgate cable coating.
Cheap $150 Tonneau cover from E-bay - lasted a year, aluminum corners broke on frame.
Truck Bed Cargo Ratcheting Stabilizer Bar - brand I bought is too hard to release easily.

Ray you can add something like a piece of velcro or just wrap the cable with some electrical tape. It will keep it from getting pinched. Check out this thread here. Yes, there's a mod for your mod. ?

I ran into the same thing. I just wrapped a velcro strap around the cable about 1/3 the way up the damper cylinder body and have had no issues since. It's a silly design that we need to do that, but hey it works. Besides, there's bigger problems with our tailgates, like the crater sized holes around them...

Agree . It is so the damper can breath .

I thought it was more Ford flexing on Toyota that the Ranger's bed is actually structurally sound enough that even without a tight-fighting tailgate you still don't need to buy "bed stiffeners" to make it stable.

Here's some buy twice crying, lol.

I bought the Rigid Radiance 30" Amber back lit light bar for my front bumper.

Then it arrived, and I couldn't install it, because I was waiting for other lights with fitment concerns. While waiting, I saw the Rigid E-series Pro Midnight Edition light bar, and it's beautiful.

There was a few days, which I was pretending I wasn't going to get the black one, but now it's been ordered, and on it's way. The Radiance never even got mounted, lol.

Tractor Supply sells a line (Traveller) of blackout lighting that looks extremely nice. About 1/4th the price and my guess is near same quality. They all come from China. Keep in mine Rigid's own product description says "assembled in the USA" verses Baja & Diode Dynamics "manufactured in the USA". Just saying.

For the sake of clarity I own higher end chicom bars and am not a brand snob or anything.
