Here are the things that I have done to my Ranger:
1) soft tonneau cover
2) Tailgate Damper
3) Raptor-style Grille (painting it to Magnetic color cost more than the grille)
4) ODBII - USB to run Forscan mods
5) Lower Grille
6) Dynamic Diode License Plate replacements
7) Dynamic Diode Side marker replacements
8) Ford Performance Coilovers
9) Hard rollup Tonneau cover
10) Black Stainless RANGER lettering for tailgate
11) Line-X spray in bed liner (well worth the cost)
12) Stubby antenna
13) Raptor style lights to go with the Raptor style grille

My Ranger came with the WeatherTech style floor liners and step rails so I did not need to purchase those.
Oh, and I forgot, WeatherTech Side window deflectors

What lower grille did you get?

The things I've done so far:

Spray-on bedliner (got it included in the purchase price of the vehicle)
Hood deflector (Fordpass points)
Ford branded Weathertech floor mats (Fordpass points)
back seat cover/dog hammock
Weather Tech mud flaps (installed yesterday)
trailer brake controller (already had it in another vehicle, so all I needed to do was add the wiring harness)
2 more tie downs for the bed (ordered, but not arrived yet)

Other things coming this summer:
Full height overland bed rack, possibly the Wilco one (for carrying boats, long lumber, etc)
Exodux over-the-tailgate locking bike rack
I'd like to see what your hood deflector looks like if you can post some pictures.

The first and best money spend, IMO is tented windows and clear bra or a rap on sensitive areas such as hood, grill, bumper and front side of the mirrors. On my Tremor Ranger, I'm going to have all that done Plus around the wheel wells and the whole bottom section of the cab and the bed where most your rock chips and road debris cause damage.

Tinted windows here in Texas are a must. The biggest bang for the buck was turning in my FordPass points for a Ford Tounue hard folding cover. Gas milage dramatically improved. The Tremor is supposed to have 19 MPH, and I average more than 23 MPH.

Good Luck and have fun.

Do these hood deflectors actually help keep rocks and bugs from hitting your windshield?
More or less yes they do. They're not 100% full proof but they do deflect bugs and small rocks over the windshield very well and also keep the front edge of the hood from getting all chipped.

Best bang for buck you ask? Nightlight from Dollar Tree to bypass Stop/Start feature. Yes, one buck.
Exactly what I was going to post. Best dollar I spent on my truck.

IME the degree to which hood deflectors "work" depends on the shape of the front of the vehicle and the hood.

I didn't get one for my last car, and the hood got destroyed by bugs and rocks. That hood also sloped down quite a lot and did not have a prominent front edge so there's probably not a lot that a deflector could do in the end. Clear bra probably would have been a better choice. I think any hood with a prominent front edge should have one just to protect the front edge. That's why I got one for the Ranger.
