I've posted info on some other threads; but in the spirit of trying to help Fellow-Ranger-Owners decide on tire size for the Stock Sport Wheels, here's my set-up:

BFG K02's LT275/70R17
ReadyLift 3" Level (front only)
Stock Crash Bars Intact

After the initial install, I decided I wanted a bit more "aggressive" stance, so I added the 1" BORA spacers. (FWIW.... the above pic's are with the spacers installed)

Here's the spacer's post:

Hope this helps!
Cheers!

Looks great! How does it ride? I'm curious since that size is a load range E. I was considering that size or the LT255/75R17 BFG K02. It's only slightly taller, but 1/2" narrower and a load range C.

Thanks Shea!

I remember your excellent/informative comments on the tire pressure thread of this size tire when I "chalked" my tires:
https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/bfg-ko2-lt275-70r17-tire-pressure-info.7792/

I really like the ride, and while I only had the original tires on for a short time, I don't think there was/is much difference?

I am very happy with the on-pavement performance & overall feel/ride; and with the occasional off-road/snow use I have encountered.... for me, the tires are excellent!

I'm no expert; but my wife is and she says "I like how your truck rides.... it's comfortable and smooth".

So I've got that going for me!

Thanks much! I've been looking at other brands, but the BFG K02 has proven over the years to be a solid go-to tire.

You can get the 275/70R17 in load C also.
In other brands you can get a load range C, but I've decided that I'm going to go with BFG at this point.

I think they will help you achieve a smoother ride, although someone could make an argument against.

I guess the question would be “to what degree.....” very subjective.
Help me understand how aftermarket UCA's would help the ride? I've never swapped or replaced a set so I'm clueless on these. Do they change they ride height and or wheel angle as well?

I just put some 275/70/17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 on my generally stock XLT Sport. I love the look, ride is fantastic. I have a RC 2.5 leveling kit on. That's the only mod.

I know this is an old post but.... Dude.... I didn't want a lift until I saw your truck. 😑 I have the same color combo and that looks good!
