Installed a performance enhancing, mileage, horsepower and torque increasing ”chic-magnet” today. As if driving a Ranger isn’t enough...adding this almost makes it more than a person can handle. ???

I was at the parts counter this past Weds and the parts guy was telling me of a customer that left a hammer on the rear bumper and he slammed the tailgate down as usual.
You guessed it. Big oops! Needless to say, I gave in and put one on also that same day.

All the kidding and joking aside it only takes the one “drop” of the tailgate when something is there and you will wish you had one. I would rather spend $35 and save $250 on repainting, even worse replacing, my tailgate. But, that’s just me.

It’s done. With the aftermarket bumper there were a few challenges but I got it done.

Re-calibrated my speedometer with the Rough Country Calibrator I just picked up. Nice to have my speedometer and fuel mileage indicator back where it should be.
