I am extremely happy with my new Mountune High Performance Front Mount Intercooler. In my opinion, you cannot get a better quality product. Ken Anderson, the President of Mountune has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked at Cosworth, COBB and now Mountune. I can see a dramatic decrease in engine temperature. This will be perfect when crawling off road, or putting stress on the engine. I cannot wait for the release of their future engine enhancements. Feel free to ask any questions.

One thing I doubt but still wonder is are MPG gains possible with this? I could see when towing but then again that isnt the reason to get one of these. Just curious if that becomes an added benefit.

I have not driven the truck enough to see a difference, but I can definitely get back to you after driving it for a few weeks.

I'll be moving north to Georgia next year but speaking for hot, low elevation turbo owners a better intercooler would be a welcome improvement.

I think they are doing much better. I see a catch can and some other products coming from them in the near future.

I love mine so far, installed this past weekend. Drove nicely in today's LA heat, but haven't driven enough to form an opinion on performance. Great installation instructions, too.

Yeah same, I have had zero issues since initial conversation!

Is the turbo louder w/ the mount tune intercooler? The inlet hose doesn’t have turbo resonator like the factory setup?

I have bought from Mountune before , no customer service issues

Does this intercooler mount to the stock pipes without changing the clamp style?

I ask because I have the AFE pipes that connect with the stock intercooler so I am hoping the Mountune would work with the AFE pipes

It comes with new soft hoses to replace the factory hoses. Not familiar enough with afe pipes to help but I can get a picture if that would help
