Mine is also named Strider. Why? Because it's a Ranger (insert Lord of the Rings reference here). My plates read 1RING and the rear license frame reads You Shall Not Pass. Yes, really.

My wife's a Cub fan; I root for the White Sox. When we saw the truck at the dealer she was quick to point out " oh look!! Cubbie Blue!" I told her no way, wasn't gonna happen. When we got done with the test drive, Dust In The Wind from Kansas was on the overhead/office speakers. I went to WIll Ferrell singing at Joseph Pulaski's grave in Old School......"you're my Boy Blue!!! You're my boy."

I don't always name my vehicles, but I wanted to find a name for my ranger. Just haven't thought of anything fitting yet. It's a white platinum.

I've been working on a name for my Ranger for quite awhile. As some of you know my Ranger is a bit neurotic. Along with his fear of dampers and the dark he has this annoying habit of dumping some of his food into the crankcase while towing my boat. Then, on subsequent non-towing highway drives he consumes it again (kind of like a bull chewing his cud). So, I'm thinking Cud would be a fitting name.
