Take a microfiber towel and a solution of isopropyl alcohol (>90%) with a 3 to 1 water mixture (75% water to 25% alcohol) should do the trick. Be sure to redo your wax/polish after the application.

All the comments above are correct. The drip stains are less noticeable on a darker color truck. Just change your color of your vehicle to OCD black but you will need to clean/wax every week to shine. The streaks will easily disappear with the proper cleaning solution.
