Alright folks UPDATE TIME!!

Just got the truck back from ford. So the solution was simple... Replace two modules that were not communicating with each other and we're causing the rest to act wonky.

The tech said he's never seen this issue on new vehicles, typically the computers don't just shit the bed in the first few years.... Typically. I'll upload a pic of the write-up from ford in a few.
Glad it got sorted out for you! Electrical problems are always so difficult to diagnose..

I recently had a similar experience where my truck didn't start (push button start). All the usual warning lights referring me to the manual. I sat there a few minutes and retried and it started up. No idea what was going on and no leftover CEL. ???

Maybe with all of these radio waves and communication flying around in the vehicle got tangled with the grumpy waves coming from the driver. You better talk nice to your vehicle now days or the computers will get even. ?

Well update for all you helpful folks and less than helpful/smartass "people", ford has had my truck twice now. First time they replaced two modules that were dropping signal between them and the BCM. One day later the same issue occured except the radio now worked. Now the replaced the BCM and everything is working great. Just gotta break out the forscan n re input the bambi mode n re activate the climate control on the screen.

There is a little truth in a "smart ass comment", you just have to be smart enough to get it. Lots of people dont.

I suspect you broke something when you were upgrading your horn and you seem pretty luck in that the dealer is covering it for you.

Did you disconnect the battery before swapping the horn?

Had this happen last week. Took it in and apparently a wheel speed sensor is toast. It's fixed and I will pick it up tomorrow. Should have gotten it today but a widespread power outage here in Pugetropolis kept the dealership closed yesterday

thanks for reviving this thread....i forgot about Mr Grumpy, the OP....Im curious how he is doing....
Grumpy as usual. Found the issue. The ground wire on the BCM side was bad in the connector kept shorting n burned up three bcms and two other modules before the tech decided to check the wires and replaced that part of the wiring harness
