Glad it got sorted out for you! Electrical problems are always so difficult to diagnose..Alright folks UPDATE TIME!!
Just got the truck back from ford. So the solution was simple... Replace two modules that were not communicating with each other and we're causing the rest to act wonky.
The tech said he's never seen this issue on new vehicles, typically the computers don't just shit the bed in the first few years.... Typically. I'll upload a pic of the write-up from ford in a few.
