I was driving a 2007 Expedition Eddie Bauer and had an order placed for a 2022 Maverick. After waiting several months with no action on the Maverick, I determined that it was going to become a 2023 model and would not likely be delivered until 2024 so I cancelled. Traded the Expy in on a new-to-me 2019 Ranger and haven't looked back.

The Ranger is my wife's truck. She was driving a 2015 Lexus RX350, I convinced her she REALLY NEEDED a midsize pickup.

My wife's 2014 Hyundai Sonata. We traded my 2012 Xterra for a brand new 2021 Hyundai Palisade the family car). She drove that mostly and I took her Sonata. Then after awhile I got fed up with trying to thread a squirming 2 year old between the door jamb and rear-facing car seat twice a day so we traded that in for my 2022 Ranger XLT. I'm so happy with driving a truck.

Don't recall if I responded to this thread previously or not. Traded my 3rd Ranger (2006) 4.0L 4WD w/41,000 miles. Bought them both at the same dealer. My salesman bought my 2006 from the dealer.

Oh man! 41k miles! That thing looks pristine!
Mechanically top notch. Major rust on the frame rails, paint fading on the roof and hood. Vandalized in the neighborhood. Looked great at 50ft.

Edit: Substantial 'rust perforation' in the bed turned out to be vandalism from a 'corrosive substance'. Similar damage to an outdoor a/c condenser-compressor unit. LEO notified.

I still see them as related. Love the Cactus Grey for sure. The first Lariat I've seen this color.... :)

2013 tacoma it was a great truck for the years i abused it haha the truck really never skipped a beat for a long time out on trails with my jeep friends or in back country to go camping! it was my dream truck to own but towards the last year or so i had the truck the front end finally started to give after all my abuse so i rebuilt it. had some parts i bought on the cheap end fail so i had to rebuild it again but with added stuff because something failed... but i still loved it until it broke again while i was on disability and it was all i had so it just made me mad finally and decided once my cast is off im gonna get it cleaned up and sold and find something new.

it was an awesome truck in the end thou and it will serve the next person just as good! its taken me through most all the states in the midwest and countless miles of easy to hard trails (that my ranger will never hit haha) and a few jumps here and there haha

in the end the front bumper was removed and it had mcneil +2 fenders fox 2.5 ext travel and some more work in the rear end for even more droop it was a great truck and ill always stand behind that 2nd gen is the best gen for tacomas even thou it was gutless haha

Mine was a 2020 Jeep gladiator sport. Dealer gave me 6k over what I paid for it, so I basically drove it for free for two years. I loved the gladiator and hated to get rid of it, but it was no fun on long road trips. :( I would buy another one in a heartbeat if I was in a spot to have to have two vehicles.
