Stopped by and visited with Dad for about a hour after work, then stopped in Bonham and gave it a farm truck bath to wash the dirt off from when I went down the river while I was on stay cation.

Maybe, but if "willie" grows any longer I'll have to get taller heels for my shoes !!!!
Reminds of that old joke about two guys peeing off a bridge. One guy says, gee the water sure is cold, the other guy says, yeah and it’s deep too.

Well I got to go to the Oregon coast for some R and R. I went down to the beach with my Ranger for the first time. McPhillips beach north of Cape Kawanda. I was staying in Netarts at a great RV park. I also did some hiking to a waterfall Munson Creek Falls that I could not get all the way to the falls. Enjoy some of my pictures.

That is cool, awesome pictures! It's scenery like that, that the people who like to fly everywhere miss out on seeing. Me personally I would rather drive when taking a trip somewhere, because you get to see everything. 👍

It's only 1.5 hours from my home. I am very lucky to live in the NW except the politics LOL. I won't comment on those.

10-4, me, my Dad, and my Uncle Jim don't do politics either, my Mom and members of her side of the family that's a different story altogether. But, I won't touch it with a 10ft pole. Lol p😁

We both watched and wondered the meaning of a wrench icon on the dashboard.

Ford Pass saved us from more wondering and noted that it's "Power train Malfunction/ reduced power".

Guess the replaced engine is ready to blow again.
After driving some time and hitting 10% on the tank, I took it for fill up and after putting full tank of Diesel the error went away.

Let's see if it reappears or if I just got bad diesel for a tank.

Edit: Nope, after 3 drivers the same error. Probably some wonky sensor somewhere. Let's hope the dealer comes back from holiday next week and aswers the phone. (Been calling and always get to the automated "Sorry, we'll call you back" message).

I did a double take on this then figured out you're not in North America!😂 No diesel Rangers here. For sure bad fuel does not help!

I did the same double take that you did, you are 100% correct, bad fuel doesn't help! Good catch Mel.👍

Before getting my Ranger last August I had been driving Ford diesels since 2002. Had a '94 F250 IDI Turbo from '02-'16 then traded it in for my 2004 F250 with the 6.0. Never had bad fuel and I always added fuel conditioner. Mostly Power Service/Diesel Kleen. Miss those trucks but love my Ranger.

Drove down to the river this afternoon after a little rest, looks about like it did in the late part of July during the week of my stay cation. However, then I finally found the road to the North boat ramp of the new lake, talk about a different perspective it's so much better when you see it from where the boat ramps are than seeing it from the highway at 60 mph. Then I stopped by Bonham gassed her up and headed home. Another fun road trip in the books!😁
