De-winterized it. New wiper blades to replace the winter blades (yes, that's a thing).
Took the sand bags out of the bed and the wood deck I built to cover them, because.....
Someone ran a red light on Saturday and smashed the right rear of my wife's Pacifica. Spun her 180* in the middle of the intersection.
Quarter panel and rear bumper cover are smashed and wheel has ricer-style extreme negative camber.
She is the hand bell choir director for both our church and the county choral society and this is time for Easter season rehearsals so she's got to haul cases of bells around and the sand bags had to go. Temps been in the 70's the past week anyway so hopefully we're done with snow.

Drove up into the park on a very warm day because we’re getting a week of winter-ish weather again starting tomorrow.

amazing day. Even caught 3 wild rainbows on the fly rod in an hour and a half then the knees said enough!

Okay, that tree stump has some angry face going on. Did you take the trout from it's line?

Seriously though, that's a beautiful spot.

That tree definitely has a face. I did take one of the trout from that line that runs around the big bolder to the left of the tree.

Took the lady and dog fishing. Hooked her up with a bobber and tiny bait holder hook with some butterworms and she was delighted to reel in bluegill after bluegill. I didn’t have any luck with the soft plastics I was hoping to use, I did get one largemouth but it couldn’t have been more than 2lb. Better than a day in the office ;) and great to throw all the fishy and muddy stuff into the bed right afterward

Drove up into Cherokee National Forest and got the truck dirty. 55 miles one way from house takes just short of 2 hours. 13 of it is steep switch back Forest service dirt/gravel roads. Learned that my new tires pick up and retain gravel like it’s their job ??

Gorgeous day. When I arrived my truck was alone. When I got back to the truck 3 hours later its big brother had parked next door. New F250s are huge.

Took a 3-day trip to fly fish for bass at Martinez Lake on the Colorado River, just north of Yuma. Got 10 good bites that got off. Finally remembered you gotta hit bass hard to set the hook. After that, I got 2 nice ones in the boat. No wind, so perfect conditions to cast from the rented Jon boat. Water was a little murky.

I was wedged in between two big RVs. Get it? “Wedged” in.
So the lady next to me says, “What a cute little RV.” I told her it’s really just a truck with a tent. She seemed disappointed.
