Same, yet somehow I lived to old age doing that plus riding bikes without a helmet.Column shift Ford vans…he made furniture. I think I mentioned this elsewhere, but thru him I got my first Ford, first truck, and it was 3 on tree manual overdrive.
He would hit that hill in second gear, floored, and me and my cousin would be bouncing around in the back. No seats, seatbelts, just a pile of old quilts.
Sounds like you need to import a full sized Raptor.Drove to farm shop, bough some plastic fence poles & electric wire. Had to open up the pole cardboard boxes since those 1,6m poles were in two stacks. Grumbled why the damn bed cannot be at least 1 meter longer, wondered who actually designs these things and why the hell we get only these mini-cars in Europe anyway.
After that unloaded all the rubber boots, work gloves, etc. and took the family to a restaurant for a birthday party. Made me wonder why the cabin is so small and there is not a separate storage compartment after the back seats.
Phil.. send a comment to your pals that we need SuperSuperCrewCab with extended bed in Raptor trim in future. Preferably with PHEV. Say 7m long or so (23 feet).
Unfortunately the price on imported Raptors sky rockets. Would get two Ranger Raptors on price of one import. Now if Ford would add it to catalog and sell direct then the situation might be different.Sounds like you need to import a full sized Raptor.
Similar to the mega cab dodge offered on full sized trucks for a while.Made a sketch over an image from "longest bed" ad found on the net
Most likely the actual solution would be replacing my old trailer with a longer one
Is the regular F-150 in your Ford catalog?Unfortunately the price on imported Raptors sky rockets. Would get two Ranger Raptors on price of one import. Now if Ford would add it to catalog and sell direct then the situation might be different.
Might be the reason why most farmers in here with big truck run imports from 80's.
BTW: Still happy with the Raptor
Is that Bronco owned by an individual?I took my Ranger to a Mustang and all Ford car show to support my Mustang club. I'm glad I left my Stang in the garage at home because it got a little moist out here!
No. It's a pre-production truck. I believe production officially started this week on customer vehicles. Is that Bronco owned by an individual?
If so, glad to see some are being delivered.
Gotcha.No. It's a pre-production truck. I believe production officially started this week on customer vehicles.
Ranger is the only option from Ford and no vendor provides anything bigger than mid-size in here. Full size trucks are viewed as Eco disaster and US thing. Basically the next step is a cargo truck like below. Is the regular F-150 in your Ford catalog?
