Ranger took me to forest where I did a whole day competence demonstration for three auditors. Kind of planning to get some form of certification in the process or at least grow my own forest a bit better.

Topics for today were:
- Tree types (in Finland)
- Tree & forest measurement height, area, volume, etc. (with stick only)
- Guidance species for different forest types
- Brush cutter maintenance, operation & clearing the forest

Got me 4/5 even though I had no clue about the guidance species.

I drove the Ranger from Georgia to New Jersey yesterday. It was exhausting! But it's good to be seeing family. And I have a great view!

Met the taxidermist to get my whitetail that I harvested and delivered to him in November 2019.
Crazy to think that the 'rona wasn't even in our vocabulary on that day.
Why did it take so long? His story was that he sends the hides to Minnesota for processing them, and the virus impacted that. But who knows.
I'm just glad he's back.
What amazed me is I was allowed to hang him in the living room!

HI Folks,

Went to Safeway from the RV park to get wound dressing as Margie tore her leg open in a fall in the RV on the way up. About 6" x 4" of skin stripped away...YUK. Got her dressed up properly today and now the long healing process... I think she learned to stay put in the RV when it is underway! Also got some food stuff as long as we were there.

Spent the weekend at the Ford Nationals in Carlisle, PA and also swapped some equipment with my company’s office in Harrisburg since I was in the neighborhood. Strapped it down good and it held up for 3 hours at a steady 80 mph on the way home. Which btw I knocked down 21.5 mpg.

Another Sunday night shift at work. So another trip thru the desert to get to work. I drive the desert dry lake bed instead of dealing with the 12 miles of bumper to bumper South bound IH-15 traffic.

I drive a black Ranger.

The Augusta, GA area has been miserable due to humidity past few days - so I've tried to do absolutely zero with my Ranger outdoors.

I've lived in this area my entire life and you never "adjust to it" like dry hot weather or cold areas. They need to add a "swamp-ass advisory" like they do for flooding or heavy rain here.

Try leaving Franklin, NC --- Our summer home & return to Plant City, FL for 2 weeks, then onto Ft Lauderdale for a week --- All high school graduation related --- before we get back up to NC --- Next week!!!

Talk about needing a SWAMP-ASS forecast ☂☂☂
