Yep! He's the one that actually organized the event. It's kind of found a permanent home at Sweetwater bewery. Is that Nemesis 5.0's Ranger and Blue Mustang? Follow him on Instagram. It's a neat overland build.
I had to cover two 12's.I used the Ranger to put the boat in the water to go to a friend's lakefront party to celebrate Memorial Day and the unofficial beginning of summer. It was a good time with some good food! I also made a furry friend when one guest's dog jumped off the dock and found out she couldn't swim. The dog didn't come up and I ran over and snatched her heavy ass out of the water! After that we put a life jacket on her and she kept getting in the boat with me.
Greg, IIRC You've been to just about every race except last years so It must've been great to go back. 40% sure of 700,000. ?Drove the Ranger up to Indianapolisto see the 500. Pretty good race. Castronevis became the fourth 4 time winner. Its been 30 years since Mears did it. Al Unser, AJ Foyt. Rick Mears and now Helio Castronevis.
Does that crowd look like 40% ?. There was no infield general admission. Glad I have my vaccine shots. Hope it does not cause a Rona surge.?
Yes it was great to be back. Every one starting in 1987. Went to pole day a few years before that. Back in those days you had to get on a waiting list to even get to buy tickets. Pole day would draw 100000 fans. First tickets were on rickety wooden bleachers inside turn three. The facility and my seats have improved greatly.Greg, IIRC You've been to just about every race except last years so It must've been great to go back. 40% sure of 700,000. ?

Yikes dude! F' that!!!!I had to cover two 12's.
Nice!Spent a couple nights in the Citrus Wildlife Management area which is part of Withlacoochee State Forest. 50,000 acres of protected land with a good bit of area for off-roading. Quite a few bird species to see and the nights dark enough to catch the satellites crossing above you with the naked eye.
Hi Phil,Hi Folks,
Took the Ranger down Route 66 into Downtown Flagstaff to Beaver Street to the Beaver Street Brewery for dinner and a quart of Railroad Red Ale. Nice outting and chat with our server...Northern Arizona University student. Then to Walmart for white vinegar to get frozen batteries out of flashlights etc...
Now home for a Pacifico and get the RV heat set for the 40 degree temp tonight.
Only changes I’ve made to the suspension components are the @Fordrangerlifts.com 2.5” leveling kit. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler 285/70/17 that came off my brothers Power Wagon when he switched to Method Wheels on 37’s. Spacers are FactionFab 1.5” that I picked up from Stage 3.Nice!
What suspension/ tire/spacer specs are you running?
