Thank you, Tracey.

We trust in God's plans, even if we don't want to because of our selfish pain.

Cheech touched us deeply and gave us love and joy.

Tracey, we're so fond of you and your words and thoughts touch us - thank you.

We have 2 German Shepherds. We have taken in Chief’s sister. They are like our children.
Pets give so much love. I’m glad you had the time you did with Cheech. I could tell by your pics he was very happy.?

It's been a sad week and today's dump run was a sad one.

The first I've done without Cheech around. We had to let him go this week, he's now sitting on God's lap.

always in our hearts like this =)

Ahh, David. So sorry to hear this sad news. Cheech was/is as much a part of ranger5g.com as anybody else on here.

Thanks, Duke - Cheech did drive several Soupie mods and was a reason we used to justify getting Soupie. =)

And always my supervisor (and rock) for those sometimes frustrating mods.

Well, here's what 12 feet of PVC quarter round looks like in a six-foot bed. =D

At least it flexes, could of been worse:

Don’t forget to bring a towel?
IMG_0900.gif

a red towel specifically or you know a flag.. idk if the rules are the same out there but over here anything that sticks out past 24” needs to have a red or orange flag attached to the end of it

RETIRED!!!!
Drove to the dermatologist for my semiannual checkup. Had light snow and a dusting of snow on the roads. Can't stop this ranger. Didn't even need 4wd?

Drove to sLowe's to grab a few things (like snow melt for the driveway) and I saw that my daughter-in-law (assistant store manager) was bad and had not cleaned the snow off her car.

For 22 years, we've had a law about clearing your car to prevent accidents. Plus, it's the decent thing to do, law or not.

So I whipped out my trusty 4-foot snow rake to set an example (maybe, but probably not).

Not 12' like last week, an 8' piece of angle aluminum out the far bed corner - note the icicles on the fuel filler door

Picked up some cedar for a new grill table.

Saw this along the way. I don't think it is for the redneck forum, is it?

Those old "Green" ones when restored have some value. Interesting.

While it is pretty cool that's definitely Redneck material!

1. Drove to a dealer for The Works (with Full Synthetic) and SYNC 3 update from 22251 to 23188 under Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47. (SYNC still works ?, yay)
Small dealer had 24 new Broncos and only 3 Rangers on the lot.

2. Stopped at a Native American (support them) owned station for gas.

3. Spent an hour at the selfie car wash because our truck was dirty and there is no rain in the forecast to wash the dirt off.

4. Stopped at the Post Office to mail amended tax returns because I didn't get it right the first time ?

5. Drove home for lunch.

6. Parked shiny clean Ranger in the garage.

Well, I used my ranger to pick up a ton of gear to re-do the kitchen in our place, and a quick stop at Harbor Freight for some gear for my metal shop I am setting up…

and… then got rear ended immediately leaving Harbor Freight while at a red light…. Haha.

Not terrible bad damage, car is driveable…. And the guy was super cooperative. Now I just have a ton of paperwork and logistics given I only have one car (and a motorcycle but its… winter).
