Speaking of washing, anyone concerned about getting water in the oil filter when cleaning out the drivers side wheel well?

Treated her with full tank and bath. She was nice and clean maybe 3 hours? There is a car wash at my work so no driving after washing.

But then I left work and restored the pre-wash situation.

clean never lasts long but still looks nice

Very nice, I have run Amsoil in everything I own for over 20 years, zero issues, when using their 15 or 25k mile filters, I am able to crawl under each vehicle just once a year.

I covered my new bed base plate. There are 9 holes in this board and 9 rivnuts (1/4-20) now installed in my bed. This will allow me to design my drawer/slide system without having to drill any more holes in the bed. Most importantly, if I change my design and do something else, I can reuse this base plate. I used Flex Seal to make the board waterproof. It's not the easiest to work with, and doesn't look fantastic, but it will be tough and keep the wood from rotting.

Yeah I have everything I'd need to make it except some extra cardboard for the CAD stage, and warmer weather!

Installed my new parking brake boot from Redline. Lots softer than the original in the cold and now dont have to push the brake lever down to overcome resistance of original stiff boot.

Does one need to remove the console? Looking at mine, I'm not sure if by design or a lazy factory worker, but mine looks like it's a Push-to-fit type as some of it's not clipped in properly.
