I have to pop the hood at the moment. I have a switch coming for my Lightforce facia that will work it from the cab after that. At that point I will mount a rear connection port and possibly a 1 gallon tank so I won’t have to raise the hood. How are you wired up on this? Do you have to pop the hood and hit the switch or is there a switch in the cab?
I like the look of the black lugs, but I am biased!I thought I might like black lug nuts on my truck, and wanted to get rid of the 2 piece nuts that come from the factory, so I bought some and put them on last night. Now that I have them on, I'm not so sure I like them as much as the chrome ones.
I'll give them a few days, but will probably go back to the factory nuts, or buy some one piece chrome ones.
man i love arb bumpers on these trucks but that weight keeps me away! truck looks good btw!Installed the Auxbeam fuse box, 8 switch controller, 2x 9in lights, and 2x 4 inch ditch lights. Decent bit of work but very worth it.
keep the black and stay as far as you can from the factory ones they tend to swell especially if you get a lot of moisture in themI thought I might like black lug nuts on my truck, and wanted to get rid of the 2 piece nuts that come from the factory, so I bought some and put them on last night. Not light! I had to switch the front struts from fox 2.0 to OME heavy duty to account for the weight of the bumper and winch. Worth every penny so far.man i love arb bumpers on these trucks but that weight keeps me away! truck looks good btw!
At first, I thought Johnny 5 or Wall-E might be hiding in your garage.Installed the Auxbeam fuse box, 8 switch controller, 2x 9in lights, and 2x 4 inch ditch lights. Decent bit of work but very worth it.
Johnny 5 - now that's an old reference. Those movies were great. At first, I thought Johnny 5 or Wall-E might be hiding in your garage.
Looks great, though Jon. ?
philanderer, good move! I did the same thing a couple days ago. I bought a nice used pouch off of eBay for 12 bucks.installed my manual in this vintage, circa 2013, owners manual cover. installation time, 10 seconds. total cost including labor, free!
i took it with me when i traded in my raptor. if ford wont give me one for my ranger then the new raptor owner will have to do without. i did put one of these in the raptor glovebox so i wouldnt be all guilt ridden.philanderer, good move!
