WOW! that place has been around awhile. My good friend lives in a home built in the late 1800's, but he is a custom wood worker, so has updated and restored the entire place, looks awesome.
It’s a ton of work - this one had a top to bottom, inside and out restoration between 2008 and 2012 - yep, it took four years - not by me but the previous owner. Crazy amount of work but it’s a beauty.

I need that decal for my Squatch Bronco whenever it finally gets delivered .

I finally installed my Raptor grill that's been sitting in the floor for 2 months while the Ranger was waiting to be fixed .

I'm going to claim two things done today even though I did not do this one . When installing my grill I did notice the previous owner had installed a JLT 3.0 catch can :)

I got a couple d-rings installed where the Ford tie-downs went missing. All the hardware set me back $35.00 through Amazon. The dealership quoted me $10.00/each for the bolts used in the bed. I only used two of everything. Cleaned up each hole with a drill bit/tap combo. Plenty of M8 x25mm bolts remaining for who knows what…

Continue? What’s left to do? It’s looking pretty perfect the way you have it now! ??
haha thanks dude! I’ve got some custom light brackets to finish up since I rebuilt the grill. Then headed to the rear of the truck to make some things that Ford should have done.

Probably the single best thread in this forum IMO. Lots of great ideas tendered.

Me: I performed my quarterly battery maintenance last week. Checked terminals and fully charged with a standard charger, then finished with a 'smart charger'. I rarely drive my current vehicles anymore, and the Ranger's AGM battery is taking a beating. No other recent vehicle (in memory) beats on my battery chargers as much as my current Ranger does. 10+ amps to start....

Next week: appointments for my monthly vehicle cleanings - Lariat on monday morning and 300 on tuesday morning. Hand wash/wipe down with interior vacuuming/wipedown.

Well I started off by changing the oil today. Of course that took way longer than I planned. After a warm up drive, I got everything ready to start and remembered I had a Valvomax to install. Spent 10 minutes looking for it. Got the oil draining and pulled the cover for the oil filter, started lubricating the door seals for winter, pulled out the floor mats and started vacuuming.
By this time oil was drained and went to install the Valvomax when I discovered the crush washer missing. Spent 20 minutes looking on my bench, jar of washers and the cabinet where I has it stored. Never found the washer so I'll have to do that next oil change.
Got the filter no problem, had the oil pan in the right location so no oil spilled. Installed the new filter after pre-filling it and started installing the cover. As I was putting in the 3rd pin, the screw popped out and I heard it fall. :curse: But where? Wasn't on the floor, felt around and couldn't find it. Got a flashlight and looked around. No luck. Searched my screw bins and found one that would work. That burned up probably another 20 minutes. Guess I'll order something to replace those damn things, PITA. Added oil and finished the vacuuming with no other issues.
My wife comes out as I was cleaning up and says "you going to wax the truck today?" Well not one to turn down an offer to play with toys than fix things in the yard or house, I said, "well I wasn't planning on it but that is a good idea with winter coming."
Finished cleaning up from the oil change and putting the winter floor mats in and saw her Edge in the drive looking worse than the truck. Well I couldn't just take care of the Ranger without cleaning up her car. So washed and waxed the Edge, moved it out of the way and started on the truck. She comes out and notices her car is clean and is happy. She even offered to stop at the store and pick up some more wax since I was just about out from waxing her car.
It was probably her plan all along to get me to clean up her car by asking if I was going to clean mine.
:beer:The results:

This post is about as long as my day.
Yard work tomorrow after I clean the truck windows. :like:

Mounted the Overland Vehicle Systems Shower Tent/Awning. Doesn’t interfere with having the tent fully open and looks pretty good. One step closer to glamping.

I finally purchased a new Sasquatch decal since the last one had a leg ripped off while someone (I’m guessing) tried to steal it. I purchased a backup just in case. ? Also added a Navy Retired decal.

Do you happen to have the link in Amazon?
