Some folks must. The funny thing is, I bet half of Canadians think it’s pretty gross and would never touch it. :D
Now you know what most of us Americans think of it. :puke: ?

Stuffed peppers made with Peperone do Cuneo peppers from last years garden. Very thick walls and sweet flavor in a smaller pepper perfect for stuffing and they freeze great

If you like stuffed peppers try planting some of the Peperone di Cuneo peppers. They are an old stuffing variety that has a very thick sweet wall. A rice, cheese, burger and heirloom dark garden tomato filling. They were awesome.

? I'll take your word on this one Ed. I never liked horseradish and I'm not big on cheese either.

I like my homegrown horseradish best. Makes me cry while grinding it.

It must taste a lot better making your own, my dad loves all that stuff. Being Polish he and my grandparents always had that and Kielbasa in the house. Along with all sorts of nasty stuff like pigs feet and some tongue in a jar. ?
