Since I turned 74 today, we are having dead chicken Cordon blue, air fried cauliflower/parmigiana cheese and Angle food Cake topped with strawberries and whip cream and a tumbler of Scotch after dinner drink.

It’s Tuesday and we all know what that means………Taco Tuesday!

Mrs. DukeCanBuildit wanted steak with baked potatoes but the store was out of russets so the steaks were grilled rare, then sautéed with some spicy goodness to medium rare. The tortillas were toasted over a flame and everything was topped with cheese, lettuce, bell pepper, onion, and sour cream. They were delicious!

I think i need a beaver tail from the beaver hut... cant find a pic of it on line and if i get one no way is it making home for a pic to share... imagine a big cinnamon roll but bigger and better. plus the fun of getting to say things like i want some tail or beaver without being a perv...
