If you like stuffed peppers try planting some of the Peperone di Cuneo peppers. They are an old stuffing variety that has a very thick sweet wall. A rice, cheese, burger and heirloom dark garden tomato filling. They were awesome.

It must taste a lot better making your own, my dad loves all that stuff. Being Polish he and my grandparents always had that and Kielbasa in the house. Along with all sorts of nasty stuff like pigs feet and some tongue in a jar. ?

My wife made me a surprise today. I have been helping her with with a project so she decided ti make a batch of my favorite Maple Biscotti. I make the maple syrup from back yard trees and she makes an awesome glaze for them from that.

And about an hour later she handed me this.

I'm not sure if I will share with her yet .
