Weird noise while under throttle (Video Link Attached)

My Ranger is making a strange noise only while under throttle, the second I let off the throttle the noise goes way. You can hear the noise immediately in the video and goes away when I let off the throttle only to come back. It has been at the dealership for about 2 weeks now. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and if so what the fix was.

Are you (on and off) the gas pedal in the video, or does the sound do that (come and go) while on the throttle?
Where does the sound appear to originate from? - Engine Bay, Cabin, Rear End?
Has the dealer been diagnosing this issue for (2-weeks) or there for another issue?

I am on the throttle in the beginning then off and back on. It appears to be coming from the engine bay. The dealer has not been able to find any issue.

No, I bought it new and it has 31,000 miles on it. Noise just started happening.

go for a ride with the service advisor and get him to hear it as well.

Do you have to be driving (moving) for the noise to appear? or can you get it in park and rev the engine?

I did that yesterday, still can’t find it. Hopefully they find it soon

It has to be moving.

That would suck. Always worth checking that, even without a warning sound.

Air filter is new, it’s not a normal turbo sound. Sounds more like a bad bearing.

hmmmm, I want to lean towards fan clutch but that should be able to be replicated at a stop in neutral or park,

One would think so, I’ve tried to get it to replicate in neutral before with no luck. Only does it while driving.
