Could it be that the pressure gauge used is not accurate?

OP still hasn't indicated what psi he's running or load ranger/ply of tires. Goodyear has a max of 50 psi for those, and if he's running that or near that on an empty truck, it could have a bearing on tread contract.
I know my Yokohama's with a 10 ply have an 80 psi rating, but thats with a full load.....empty they would be rock hard and riding on center of tread
I had a set of 10PR Generals on a '79 Dodge W250: 360V8 w/granny gear 4spd. I ran them at the 80 psi max, mostly empty and I got 18mpg (yay) but the belts shifted and rode like they were square (boo). General replaced the tires with a pro rated adjustment. I sold the truck for pennies on the dollar during the '79-'80 gas crunch after 11 months of ownership.

I got the 10 ply's cause of the amount of towing I do, and the 7000 lb trailer and 750 tongue weight I haul....the 10 ply's are much more stable when I tow.....run 45 front/50 rear.
Solo around town/non tow I run 35 front/40 rear.

They look fine to me. Are you refering to the tracks in the dust? If so there is just more dust where the tracks aore prominent.
I bet he is talking about the two faint lines
Im running 33psi on load e and also seeing weird marks on my tires. I think it's my driveway though. ?

I thought the same thing - that OP is referring to those lines. Maybe they have something to do with a QA thing or as a visual reference during the manufacturing process to indicate the tire compound.

A tire company used to provide me with mountain bike tires to test while racing and training. They had different coloured lines running the circumference like seen in the OP’s photos. Sometimes, more than one line. They were used to designate the compound in each of the tires. It was an R&D thing. I would rotate them in and out of my riding and note any difference in handling, wear, traction, etc. and give them back when I was ready for new ones.

Maybe @Colo_Ranger or our friends at @Discount Tire can offer insight into what those lines are for.

Edited: Added pic to clarify what “lines” I’m going on about.

Saw this article and remembered this thread.
Still not sure what the OP was talking about.

2 faint likes are probably just a different type of rubber. Tires are layer of various materials.
