I have a 2021 XLT crew cab 2WD. All street and highway driving. Maybe 1 or 2 snows a year. Looking at Firestone Destination L3 to replace the Bridgestone OEM. Anyone had good luck with these tires? Other suggestion?

I have been using the L2/3 for years, I have had them on my escapes and 05 and 17, on a 94 F150, and on the 19 Ranger XLT, 4x4 I just got. They are long lasting, quite and give good performance on dry, wet roads. I don't see much snow in Tennessee but they have done well in the little snow we do get. Solid tires best endorsement I can give I put them on my wife's and children's cars.

I would consider the Toyo AT3 because they are pretty light for their size since you're mostly highway, that could be appealing. I have them on my wife's Honda Pilot, actually second set too. On our 2016 and now the 2023 Pilot. We had them in Park City, UT a couple times with snow fall and they did great, not sure about a snow trail though. They aren't loud but you can hear them. With normal radio volume the noise disappears.

On the truck I did the new BFG K03, they are actually more quiet than the AT3 but sizes are limited right now. I can't say enough good things about this tire right now. No snow on them yet and haven't been to the Utah sand but I expect them to do at least as good as the k02 they replaced based on everything I saw. The road manners REALLY improved over the k02.
