Did you mean Code P0299? Low boost pressure.
Look for air leaks in the intercooler piping… or your wastegate is failing or not fully seating properly in the closed position…
I think one of the biggest things with this is that big soft pipe/tubing on the driver side intercooler plumbing stretching..
hope you get it sorted out brother I’ll be watching because I want to know.

Define - Replaced Exhaust as that may have changed the back pressure in the flow.

Interesting. I put a Thermal R&D 3" cat back on mine and did not get a CEL, but the truck feels weaker at lower RPM. I'm going to add the CVF downpipe, CVF charge pipes, CVF intercooler and then get a tune hopefully optimized for new plumbing. I hope the tune restores the low-end pep.

As said above, check your hoses cause there’s a leak somewhere.

I recently did a big road trip with a heavy trailer after swapping out the air box and retuning my ECU.

For a few hours on the trip while I had the radio off, I said ā€œgee, that new air box sure is loudā€ because the truck otherwise seemed to drive normal but acceleration on highway was terrible. I dismissed it due to the trailer weight. Then the dash started lighting up.

Pulled into gas station, read the codes, saw low/no boost. Said WTF to myself. Inspected boost hoses and found one had popped off. It was laying square against the fitting so didn’t even see it was off until I wiggled it. Screwed it back on. Reset codes. Was fine.

Well, mostly fine šŸ˜†. In my case, with everything I’ve done to my engine, I’m generating a lot of boost pressure way above factory, so the hose kept popping off every few hours until I completely removed it, reseated both sides and cranked down on the clamp. It hasn’t budged in months.

From what I understand the intercooler is less important. Do you have an aftermarket intake? It shouldn’t fix anything but more of a question.

Intercooler makes a heck of a difference preventing heat soak and consistent boost especially when it is hotter out or towing/elevation

The entire ecoboost family of engines is known for becoming heat soaked in more demanding conditions. Normal driving is just fine
