Trouble installing SYNC 3.4 on my 2019 XLT

Well I just tried to install the Sync 3.4 update on my 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. It showed to be installing and I stepped away and when I came back the radio screen was blank. Tried Ford customer service and we did a "reset" that did nothing. Anybody got any ideas before I go to the dealer. The heat/ac system seems to be functioning, but the screen is blank.

Seems to be fixed, disconnected and reconnected the battery and except for the lose of my navigation favorites everything else is working

I'm still running 3.3 as I have yet to hear a good reason to move to 3.4. I'll just have the dealer do it at my next oil change.
