Well I just tried to install the Sync 3.4 update on my 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. It showed to be installing and I stepped away and when I came back the radio screen was blank. Tried Ford customer service and we did a "reset" that did nothing. Anybody got any ideas before I go to the dealer. The...
