We’ve already gone down this road. I’ve take it to 2 different shops, one off road shop with an alignment machine there and another shop that does laser alignments. My lower control arm is maxed out. There is no other way to get less camber than to pull it out more. The geometry doesn’t work because we’re stacking lifts on top of lifts. We just talked about all of this man. Plus to the multiple companies that make all of the aftermarket parts and UCAs! You can disagree with whatever you want to but you’re wrong. And yea, icon does make a 3.5” lift but they make a UCA SPECIFICALLY for that lift that’s different than the rest of their ucas. We’re just going in circles now with this topic.
Fact is, you can NOT run a 2” leveling lift with aftermarket control arms on a Tremor because they weren’t designed for that.
I am part of the group buy for the new Icon UCA for the cast steel components. I will be sure to post my results after install and get a fresh alignment.

If icon has a different arm specifically for the 3.5" lift then call icon and ask to buy that UCA.

Good luck man, hope they work out for you but after speaking with them I don’t think the standard tubular UCA is gonna work. It’s a fixed arm designed for certain geometry that we don’t have.

Hey everyone I wanted to give an update on this thread the reason why I created it and the end conclusion I had today.

It was created because I thought after I installed my 2" level lift on my tremor I "might" be binding the upper ball joint causing an audible popping sound coming from the drivers side suspension.

So I did like most backyard mechanics do, and I've been wrenching on cars and trucks for 25 years, over analyze the situation.

I thought I might need to change the upper control arms out with something that has more pivot control in the ball joint.

Well...... After 9 pages of this thread going sideways and about a month of putting my hand on the suspension and rocking the truck, following the popping sound with my hand it revieled itself today on March the 3rd, 2022 at approximately 12 noon.

Dear diary.... the F'in sway bar link was loose!
FLMAO.

BTW, I never had any issues with alignment or handling of the vehicle on/offroad.

So I'll save that $1000+ dollars I almost spent on shiny parts and buy other shiny parts. Maybe one day I'll buy some UCAs but I don't think it is necessary.

Happy wrenching.

Same. I also added Fox 2.5 front and rear to my order. Put the rears on already and just waiting for another warm spell to dive into the front.

I've always wanted to see how the fox 2.5's feel all around.

Sway bar? People use those? Lol all good man. It's rare to have a thread go the way you plan it.

Whelp I'm pissed.

The second side I did, turns out one of the bushings is the wrong inside diameter. I don't have a drill press and I think it's metric anyways. None of my standard bits fit.

These are the Icon Delta Joint UCAs.

Well that sucks. Have you reached out to Icon to send a replacement?

I messaged Stage 3. If they don't help soon, I'll message Icon.

Yeah I'm annoyed. I had already installed the driver's side.

No way I'd have caught that inspecting the parts ahead of time. The difference is super small.

I just checked my box, 1 of 4 of mine are smaller than the other three bushings and washers.

@Stage3Motorsports, how do we get this corrected?

For others in on the Group buy, I would recommend checking your small box, and make sure all the bushings ID's are the same.

Damn so it wasn't a packaging error for just me then.

Checked mine. They look good. I was able to line them up and tell they were all cut from the same bar. The pics below show the interior lines connect through all 4 sleeves. Kinda hard to see in the pictures.
