$1,500 for UCAs is insane. They look awesome but Jesus that’s steep. Do you have a leveling kit on your Tremor as well?
The famous mantra if you get what you pay for comes to mind. Having built a jeep and taken short cuts before it sometimes doesn't end well. This time I'm building my tremor slowly with quality parts. I can tell you that I'm happy with my @SVC Offroad purchases as I have both there uppers and tie rod ends and both products are made in the US, packaged well, shipped prompt and the customer service was superior when questions arose such as torque specs for pinch bolts.

I thought of saving some bucks and getting camburg or another similar brands tubular arm but I liked the billet aspect and wanted the tie rod to match the upper lol.

In regards to a leveling kit yes, Im running the @Fordrangerlifts.com tremor spacer. I have enjoyed the combos performance as well as stance.

Okay so this is a great comparison then! We both have Tremors, we both have a leveling lift from FRL.com and I can’t get my alignment in spec but you can. With makes me think it’s the UCAs fault. Do you have a 1” or 2”. I have the 2” leveling lift, bajakits billet ucas and the closest I can’t get to alignment is +(0.9) camber

2" and I never said the alignment was in. I had the front end aligned after the leveling kit install and before a Mexico trip. They had to use a 2020 ford ranger file on the hunter machine because they did not have a 21 file yet.

I have installed my uppers and tie rod ends after. my alignment seems to be there and good as there is no pulling of the steering wheel and drives true. But hard numbers I have no idea. I do intend on doing an alignment just not a need lol.

I just entered the Icon tubular UCA group buy here:

https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/19-22-ranger-uca-group-buy.18286/#post-377239

Frank from Stage 9 says the steel knuckle versions do work with the Tremor and he thinks the reason why people have issues with the 2" spacer is because the Tremor is already lifted, so its like having 3.5-4" of lift over a stock Ranger. Makes sense to me.
Honestly yea it makes sense to me. At this point after narrowing everything else down it has to be the 2” lift. Tremor owners are apparently running aftermarket UCAs with no issue. I’m assuming the alignment issue comes into play when you add aftermarket UCAs and a 2” leveling lift. My truck drives great and doesn’t pull at all but when it comes down to the numbers I’m just off on camber by +1 degree.

Same here, truck drives great and doesn’t pull. It’s just the camber that’s off abs I’m worried about tire wear over time. Would love to see what numbers you’re running if you ever get an alignment.

Icon UCA with the Delta Joint

https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/19-22-ranger-uca-group-buy.18286/#post-377239

"The Delta Joint is a heavy duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greasable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint."

So I just compared my Tremors height to a member here's FX4 with Tremor wheels and tires.

My Tremor was 1.25 Driver/ 1.75" Passenger higher in the front. I had a full tank of gas when I measured. FX4 had a quarter of a tank. I think it is safe the say that the Tremor is 1.5-2" higher than a non-Tremor.

This is why people are having issues with 2" spacers, because we already are lifted from the factory. So for some, a 2" spacer could actually be 4" higher than a non-Tremor. That is why people are having alignment issues.

With that said, I don't recommend a 2" spacer.

That’s honestly the exact conclusion I came to as far as trying to get an alignment with aftermarket arms. They weren’t designed for a 4” lift.

Would you guys estimate that with the 1" level from FRL would be able to align properly?

Probably. It's within 3" total lift.

I'd still want UCAs.
That's what I'm hoping. I'm thinking of getting the Icon UCAs sometime within the next month or two.

I honestly couldn’t tell you. I know I have the 2” and I’m +0.9 camber maxed out. I could see how maybe 1” less could give you a full degree but I’m not sure
