I wish 3D MAXpider made their KAGU style for our trucks. Had them in my Escape and Cherokee Trailhawk. Nice texture, less slippery. I have HUSKY now.

i picked up a full set of maxliners smartliner on amazon for $150 they have the same texture as the weather techs just a bit cheaper. I had husky liners on my 17 forester and didn't like the finish all that much.

Just as a ref..... the Ford floor liners don't cover the area under the gas pedal

I hear ya...

I have the carpeted version that are in the molded tray pattern like husky & weathertech from "Findway-3D" out of Ontario [CAN] for my Focus RS and wished they had a set available for the crew-cab version or even just for the front at least.

https://www.findway.ca/

I see there are two versions from the Husky brand and thinking maybe settling for the weathertech version in the rear....

Hard to tell which version of the amazon brands might be a good substitute.

Spoiler Alert.... I have the Husky Liners and I prefer them to the WeatherTech. ;)
We put WeatherTech's in my Wife's Pilot. They have been great. The fit and finish is excellent.... absolutely no complaints. I just prefer the more "rubberized" surface/feel of the Husky liners, plus they also stay very pliable in the cold. Just personal preference.... both are great choices!

WeatherTech and Husky are both made in the USA

Where are the Smartliner made? Their website doesn't say?

Same here. I used to use WeatherTech which are very nice.
I tried Husky because at the time were much cheaper. The Husky are less slippery and that is a plus to me. Been buying the Husky mats ever since.
But with the Husky tray liners gaining popularity there is not much price difference anymore.

I thought about Maxliners but heard they bust out around the buttons. Plus there was only a 22.00 difference so I went Huskies again.

Probably can't go wrong with any of those 3..

For those of you with 2019 Rangers -

Does your front passenger side carpets have the nipples to accept the snaps for a floor liner?

The reason I ask is that many of the pictures in this thread of the Ford OEM and the WeatherTech front passenger side floor liners show the corresponding snaps but my 2020 Ranger does not have the passenger side nipples.

Could this be another subtle change between the 2019’s and 2020’s, in addition to the reduced number of bed tie-downs (6 vs. 4) and the removal of the “Ranger” emblem from the front seat backs?

Hi Curt,

These mat clips are one of the first Cost Reductions to hit a new vehicle....Looks like the Truck Plant Vehicle Team is alive and well...

Best.

I was disappointed they did it that way. I took a cheap vinyl set from Wal Mart and placed one of the rear mats under that space. Not pretty but that's where most of my shoe dirt will fall.
