Ok, so has the OP’s truck been modified by the dealer or a previous owner? It doesn’t look factory to me. Maybe the talk of plasti-dip definitely implies some kind of post factory modification. Confused minds want to know.

Race Red is not an extra cost color for the F-150 so I doubt it will be for the Ranger either. Likewise, Race Red is available on the 2019 F-150 XL so I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t be available for the 2020 Ranger XL also. Rapid (Lucid) Red Metallic will be an extra cost color.
