the wave and nod were common in texas between anyone in a pickup, truck, tractor or hot rod but, its declining. When I was in mustangs id get a few acknowledgments from other mustangs. when I drove a yj jeep i did acknowledge other jeeps but standards existed. nothing newer than a tj got a return wave, none of the pavement queen bling jeeps got a return wave. the more off road scars it had the more effort went into the return wave. if it was a what i call a "Jeep Jeep" meaning one from a military back ground it got full arm extended waves. A guy i used to see near waco had a m715, i wanted that thing to have my children... of course it got a wave. These days most of the jk, jl and gladiators i see are rich teenage girls and snooty soccer moms. for the ranger finger im down! but in dfw traffic showing folks they are number one is so common the message between rangers may be mixed up.

This hasn't happened to me, at least not yet. The reason is, they never seem to catch up to me! In other words, they're in my dust! I just love my performance parts upgrades!
