Sync update

Wondering if I can do the update to my Sync, thru Forscan, that killed my FordPass.
I'm supposed to drop it off at the dealer Saturday, so they can do the new update, to get my FordPass working again

Forscan will not do updates to sync. Since you’re taking it to dealer let them reset head and update if needed.

Some owners have disconnected the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes or so and that forces a reset and reboot. For most it takes care of it
